Actually, I don’t think the term anti-ageing is that successful. Because I think it’s a shame that he expresses this strict “fight against aging”. This “anti” bothers me. When I’m an old woman, I don’t want to look completely ironed out with botox and lifting. Then my wrinkles are allowed to show that I’ve laughed almost every day in my life. Nevertheless, I naturally want to have naturally beautiful, plump and even skin for as long as possible. I heard about Healthy Aging recently – I actually find that more beautifully expressed.

Of course, I try to do my skin a lot of good and give it what it needs. Since I turned 30 almost two years ago, I’ve also been paying more attention to my skin. In the past, for example, I often neglected eye cream. From my personal experience and from my discussions with experts over the past few years, I have a few tips for you today for facial care from the age of 30. Including anti-aging, of course.

Here are tips for facial care for ages 30 and over
# 1 THE CARE PREPARATION MUST OF COURSE BE RIGHT

And by that, I mean things like a thorough cleansing that doesn’t dry out the skin. In addition (completely natural for me): Always remove make-up! And exfoliate the skin regularly (regardless of whether it is summer or winter!). I use an enzyme peel from Reviderm (once a week on my skin). Only if you do all of this can your skin absorb the facial care properly.

# 2 EYE CREAM AND EYE MASK

I do find that eye wrinkles are the wrinkles that bother me the least. Probably because I associate it with a laugh. Nevertheless, the right eye cream is very important to me – especially when it comes to skincare from the age of 30. The skin under our eyes is so delicate that the “normal” care you use for the rest of your face is not enough. I also love eye masks as patches. I really use it regularly and especially before events or photoshoots.

Tip: Always pat the eye cream gently with your fingertips, because the thin skin there is more sensitive to mechanical stimuli.

# 3 TREAT YOURSELF TO A VISIT TO THE BEAUTICIAN

I can only guess that over and over again. Especially when it comes to facial care from the age of 30. After microdermabrasion, my skin is not only clean (and clean) and feels great. It can also absorb active ingredients much better because there is no longer any blockage by keratinized skin cells.

The best thing to do is to find out from a medical beautician or dermatologist which beauty treatments are right for your skin!

I am just surprised again and again how natural it is to go to the hairdresser and how seldom a visit to the beautician is. Your skin will thank you so much if you schedule regular appointments.

# 4 DON’T FORGET YOUR NECK!

4 DONT FORGET YOUR NECK 300x214
One area that I’ve really neglected to care for years is my neck. It is said that you can see true age on the neck. But somehow, I often only concentrated on the face in my care routine, and the neck only got body lotion after the shower.

A little tip: You bought a facial that you are not so 100% happy with (I don’t mean intolerance!)? Then just take this crucible for your neck. I do it that way and have found that my skin on the neck is also much less sensitive than the skin on my face.

# 5 RETINOL, VITAMIN C, HYALURONIC ACID

I can’t give a remote diagnosis which ingredients work well for your skin. Many swear by retinol. Hyaluronic acid is definitely great for moisturizing your skin really well. I also have an absolute favourite vitamin C regimen.

# 6 SERUM IS AN IMPORTANT STEP IN THE BEAUTY ROUTINE

6 SERUM IS AN IMPORTANT STEP IN THE BEAUTY ROUTINE 200x300

We women are usually a long way from the Koreans’ beauty routine, which includes numerous steps. You should definitely add one step between cleaning and care: the serum!

I think a serum is so, so important, especially for facial care from the age of 30. After all, it contains highly concentrated ingredients for our skin.

# 7 BEAUTY REALLY COMES FROM WITHIN

7 BEAUTY REALLY COMES FROM WITHIN 240x300

Last but not least … beautiful skin also comes from within. It sounds like “heard a thousand times”, but drinking lots of water and tea is so good for your skin. And of course a healthy diet.
